UseVelyo provides a free online tool that temporarily processes PDF files to reduce their file size. The service includes upload, compression, size comparison, and temporary download functionality. No account is required for the current service.
3. User Responsibilities
When using UseVelyo, you agree that you will:

Compression results depend on the original PDF, and we do not guarantee a specific reduction percentage, exact target size, or identical visual quality for every document.
